My name is Ts Nur Halimah Binti Mohd Saiful Rahim, and I am thrilled to stand before you today as we strive to woman empowerment for a better world.

I am a fisherman’s daughter with big dreams. These dreams are not just for myself but for my family as well. I have always wanted to break free from the limitations of our current life and work towards a future where I can serve my religion, race, and country.

Growing up wasn’t easy, but I never let that be an excuse. Instead, it fueled my determination to excel in my studies. The hardships I faced inspired me to push forward and turn my dreams into reality. I am proud to say that I received the Vice Chancellor’s Award for my Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management at UiTM Shah Alam. Continuing my journey, I pursued a Master’s degree and achieved a CGPA of 3.82.

My journey has been shaped by the strong, inspiring women around me, and today, I want to encourage more women to step up and be a part of this amazing endeavor.

As the founder of HASARA SOLUTION, my journey in the construction industry has been shaped by hard work, resilience, and the unwavering belief that women can excel in any field.Since starting HASARA SOLUTION in 2019, our small business has achieved significant recognition, including our latest feature in Inspirasi Majalah Nona. Additionally, my business has been featured in MAJALAH PKNS, and PKNS produced a video of my success story and won second place final pitching under PKNS entrepreneur program. I was also featured in the “”Sukses 4.0″” reality program under Astro Awani, and received recognition during National Training Week by HRDC.As a proud lady boss, gender has always posed challenges, especially in the construction industry, but that has not deterred me from succeeding.

To raise awareness of women’s contributions in construction, I have started actively using social media platforms, including TikTok. Several of our videos have gone viral due to their impactful content, further emphasizing the importance of women in this field. I am also honored to be listed as one of the “”Gadis Inspirasi Selangor 2023,”” inspiring other women to pursue their dreams and make a difference.
